The weather is so hot~~

And I’m really craving some refreshing cold noodles.

That’s exactly how the weather has been lately!

This is the Saekdong Myeonok menu,

and the most popular items are the ones starting with ‘Saekdong’:

Saekdong Naengmyeon, Saekdong Gukbap, and Saekdong Kalguksu.

We ordered one Saekdong Naengmyeon, one Mul Naengmyeon, and one order of Galbi dumplings~~

I had high expectations because I heard the Galbi dumplings were great,

and they were just as delicious as I expected!

The dumpling skin is thin, and they are packed full of meat!

This is the soy sauce for the dumplings,

but it was a bit disappointing that it only came with onions.

Finally, the main dish, Saekdong Naengmyeon, arrived!

I wondered why it was called ‘Saekdong’ (colorful),

and it’s because it has such beautifully colored garnishes on top~

The Mul Naengmyeon is clean and refreshing.

The broth is a meat-based broth, not chicken!

There was only one side dish. It felt a bit minimal,

but it gave the impression that they focus entirely on the main dishes.

When you think of Misari, many people think of live cafes,

but most of them have disappeared now.

Instead, there is a row of great restaurants.

Among them, Saekdong Myeonok

is definitely a place I’d recommend.

When I went on a weekend afternoon,

there was a line to wait in.
