Although the patient already had large and beautiful eyes before the surgery, she wanted a more refreshed and open look, so we proceeded with incisional ptosis correction, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty :)
This is day 7 after incisional ptosis correction, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty.
The redness inside the eyes is conjunctival edema caused by the canthoplasty. This will resolve over time, so there is no need to worry too much :)
