Gangnam Seoyeon Plastic Surgery: Non-Incisional Suture Removal + Revision / Line Lowering Before & After Photos

Hello!

We are Gangnam Seoyeon Plastic Surgery, always striving to provide the highest level of satisfaction for every procedure :)

Today, we would like to share before and after photos of a ‘Non-Incisional Suture Removal + Non-Incisional Revision’ performed by Director Choi Dong-il of Gangnam Seoyeon Plastic Surgery :)

The photos below have not been edited in any way, except for brightness adjustments :)

This is the appearance before the revision surgery.

The previous surgery resulted in an unnatural look because the crease was forced too high on eyes with sagging skin.

Furthermore, the degree of eye opening appeared significantly different on both sides.

The patient mentioned that the right eye (left side in the photo) had been opening less since immediately after the initial surgery.

The surgery proceeded as follows:

1. Removal of sutures from the previous surgery

2. Creating a new double eyelid line at an appropriate height using the non-incisional method

The procedure was carried out as a combination of suture removal and non-incisional revision :)

This is the 4th day after the suture removal and non-incisional revision surgery.

This is the appearance 1 month after the suture removal and non-incisional revision surgery.

This is a comparison between the pre-operative state and 1 month post-operation :)

While the non-incisional method has the advantage of a faster recovery period compared to the incisional method,

it must be applied to the right candidate to achieve optimal results!

Individuals who may experience poor results with the non-incisional method include those with:

1. Significant skin sagging

2. Ptosis (drooping eyelids)

3. Thick skin

4. Excessive fat

Please keep these points in mind when choosing the surgical method that is right for you :)

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the process for revision surgery for the buried suture method?

First, the buried sutures used in the previous surgery are completely removed, and then the revision surgery is performed. After removing the threads, a suitable double eyelid line is recreated using the buried suture method, tailored to the patient's eye condition, to achieve a natural eye shape.

Are there eyes for which the buried suture method is not suitable?

Yes, there are eye conditions for which the buried suture method is not suitable. If there is significant skin sagging, ptosis, thick eyelid skin, or a lot of fat, the buried suture method may lead to unsatisfactory results, so caution is advised.

What is the biggest advantage of the buried suture method?

The biggest advantage is that the recovery period after surgery is faster compared to the incisional method. However, satisfactory results can only be achieved by applying the surgical method appropriate for one's eye condition, so an accurate diagnosis by a specialist before surgery is essential.
