This is the appearance before surgery.

The eyes were small with both short horizontal and vertical lengths, and most of the pupils were covered by the eyelids.

This patient wanted to create ‘hidden double eyelids’ to naturally enlarge the eyes. Most men prefer this style—creating a natural look where the double eyelid is not visible from the outside while still achieving a larger, clearer eye effect :)

The surgery was performed as follows:

Incisional Ptosis Correction + Epicanthoplasty + Lateral Canthoplasty + Lower Canthoplasty

For men, the incisional method is often more suitable than the non-incisional method. This is because men typically have thicker skin and more subcutaneous tissue, which can make the eyes look puffy!

Therefore, if a non-incisional surgery is performed in such cases, the results tend to loosen easily.

Furthermore, forcing a non-incisional ptosis correction can lead to side effects such as excessive tension, so it is crucial to proceed with the method that best fits your specific anatomy.

Then, who is a suitable candidate for non-incisional ptosis correction?
