Today, we would like to share before and after photos of a male patient who underwent incisional ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty by Dr. Choi Dong-il at Gangnam Seoyeon Plastic Surgery :)

Before the surgery, the patient had small, long eyes with a significantly low amount of pupil exposure.

Since he wanted his eyes to be as large as possible, we decided to improve the eyelids covering the pupils through incisional ptosis correction and create large, refreshed eyes with epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty :)

This is day 7 after the men’s incisional ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty.

The redness inside the eyes is chemosis (conjunctival edema), which often occurs after canthoplasty (especially lateral and lower canthoplasty).

The severity varies from person to person, but it disappears over time, so there is no need to worry :)

This is 6 months after the men’s incisional ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty.
