This is the appearance before the revision surgery.

Although the patient had undergone double eyelid surgery previously, the line had dropped significantly and the shape was no longer aesthetic.

Furthermore, the eyelids covered a large portion of the pupils, giving a somewhat sleepy impression. Therefore, we planned to create a beautiful double eyelid line and clear, defined eyes through incisional ptosis correction.

Additionally, lateral and lower canthoplasty will be performed to create larger, more open-looking eyes :)

This is Day 7 after incisional ptosis correction revision, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty.

The redness inside the eyes is conjunctival edema caused by the canthoplasty. This will subside over time, so there is no need to worry :)

This is 1 month after incisional ptosis correction revision, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty.

This is 6 months after incisional ptosis correction revision, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty.
