Gangnam Seoyeon Plastic Surgery: Men’s Incisional Ptosis Correction and Epicanthoplasty Before & After (1 Week, 3 Months)
Check out the transformation of a male patient at Gangnam Seoyeon Plastic Surgery after incisional ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty, featuring 1-week and 3-month recovery photos.

Hello!
This is Gangnam Seoyeon Plastic Surgery, where we always strive for the highest patient satisfaction :)
Today, we would like to share the before and after photos of a male patient who underwent incisional ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty by Dr. Choi Dong-il at Gangnam Seoyeon Plastic Surgery :)
The photos below have not been edited in any way, except for brightness adjustments :)

Before the surgery, the patient had small eyes with thick eyelids, and the pupils were significantly covered by the upper lids.
Through incisional ptosis correction, we aimed to make the pupils more visible and improve the ‘sleepy’ appearance of the eyes.
Additionally, we decided to perform an epicanthoplasty to create larger, more refreshed-looking eyes :)

This is the 7th day after the men’s incisional ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty.

This is the 3rd month after the men’s incisional ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty.

Comparison between before surgery and 3 months after surgery :)
Gangnam Seoyeon Plastic Surgery complies with medical laws. These photos were taken under the same conditions with the patient’s prior consent. Please note that side effects such as bleeding, infection, and inflammation may occur after plastic surgery or procedures depending on the individual.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the purpose of incisional male ptosis correction surgery?
Yes, the main purpose is to make the pupils more visible and improve the sleepy-looking impression. For those with thick eyelids and small eyes where the pupils are largely covered by the eyelids, incisional ptosis correction can create a clearer and more refreshing eye shape.
What is the effect of combining it with epicanthoplasty?
Yes, it has the effect of making the eyes look bigger and more open. Combining incisional ptosis correction with epicanthoplasty helps improve eyes that look stuffy, completing a generally larger and clearer eye.
When are the post-operative progress photos taken?
The progress is based on 7 days and 3 months after the surgery. Gangnam Seoyeon Plastic Surgery provides before-and-after comparison photos without any retouching other than brightness adjustment, clearly showing the actual changes in eye shape.
Do I need to worry about ghost surgery?
No, you can rest assured. Gangnam Seoyeon Plastic Surgery operates under a single board-certified plastic surgeon representative director system and has CCTV in the operating room, so you can undergo surgery safely without worrying about ghost surgery.
Who conducts the consultation and surgery?
Representative Director Choi Dong-il personally conducts them. As a single board-certified plastic surgeon system, he accurately assesses the patient's eye condition, recommends only necessary surgeries, and is responsible for everything from 1:1 customized consultation to surgery.
